Surving Breast Cancer

For the first two days after I was told that I had breast cancer I had myself dying. Then I began reading everything I could about breast cancer and became determined to fight this disease. My attitude was very positive and this attitude, my family and a great medical team helped me through treatment. Since my treatment I started working in Radiation Oncology. It is almost 7 years since diagnosis and I only hope that I can show support and understanding to all my cancer patients to help them face this difficult time in their lives.
